How long should I plan for an appointment? +
Box braids and bohemian styles run 4–6 hours. Cornrows and twists, 2–4. Wig installs are around 2–3. Locs depend on starter method. We'll send you a precise window with your confirmation.
What should I bring? +
For braiding, bring the hair if you've already purchased a specific brand. Otherwise we stock high-quality fiber on-site for an add-on. Phone charger, a snack, and your favorite playlist are encouraged.
What's the cancellation policy? +
Free reschedule up to 48 hours before. Within 48 hours, the deposit is non-refundable. No-shows forfeit their deposit and are asked to rebook with full pre-payment.
I'm a first-time client — anything to know? +
Welcome! Arrive with hair detangled but not freshly washed (a day-old wash holds best). Wear something with a wide neckline so we don't disturb the work. We'll do a 5-minute consult before we start.
How should I prep my hair? +
Wash and deep condition 24 hours prior. Skip heavy oils on the scalp the day of. Detangle in sections — your future-self mid-braid will thank you.
